Len was great, he was very patient with us and understood as first time buyers we wanted to take our time. He wasnt in a hurry to make a sale. We never felt pressure to put in an offer and once we were ready he was on it to make sure we got the property we wanted at the price and contingencies we needed. If we are ever looking to buy again we will definitely use him.
